MS-13-Gang-sign1

The nation’s most violent street gangs—including Mara Salvatrucha—are actively recruiting new members at U.S. shelters housing illegal immigrant minors and they’re using Red Cross phones to communicate, a Homeland Security source tells Judicial Watch.

The crisis created by the sudden influx of mostly Central American minors that have crossed into the U.S. through the Mexican border in recent weeks has created havoc. It will end up costing American taxpayers billions of dollars to house, process, medically treat, feed and inevitably educate the Unaccompanied Children’s Services (UAC) which are being dispersed throughout the country. They are bringing in dangerous diseases—including swine flu, dengue fever, Ebola virus and tuberculosis— and occupying our military bases as shelters.

ms13-gang-002As if all this weren’t bad enough, the invasion is also supplying the nation’s most dangerous street gangs with new soldiers. The Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13) and the 18th Street gangs are on a recruiting frenzy at the various facilities housing the newly arrived illegal aliens. The MS-13 is a feared street gang of mostly Central American illegal immigrants that’s spread throughout the U.S. and is renowned for drug distribution, murder, rape, robbery, home invasions, kidnappings, vandalism and other violent crimes. The Justice Department’s National Gang Intelligence Center (NGIC) says criminal street gangs like the MS-13 are responsible for the majority of violent crimes in the U.S. and are the primary distributors of most illicit drugs.

The 18th Street gang is considered the largest organized gang in Los Angeles County with about 15,000 members that operate a number of criminal enterprises throughout the region. Last year ten of its leaders were indicted for running a large-scale methamphetamine and drug trafficking business in South Los Angeles. A local newspaper report about the case says 18th Street gang leaders deported from the U.S. in the 1990s helped spread the gang across Central America and into Mexico. It’s not unreasonable to conclude that some of the members are among the tens of thousands of UACs that have entered the U.S. recently.

MS13In fact, last month the president of the Tucson Border Patrol Local Union, veteran agent Art Del Cueto, (confirmed) that the UACs are not all little kids as the media was largely reporting at that point. Many are in their late teens and have possible ties to gang members, Del Cueto said. After seeing the first few batches of UACs, Del Cueto immediately expressed concern that the illegal aliens would be relocated in the U.S. with family despite affiliations with criminal enterprises.

That makes violent gangs openly recruiting UACs—with the help of phones provided by a well-known charity—all the more appalling.

Federal agents at the scene. “MS-13 and 18th Street gangs are actively recruiting new members at our detention centers, the new gang members then use the Red Cross phones to sign up.”

border crisis1A key federal agency, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), begins the process of naturalizing the illegal alien flow into the U.S. Controlling the verbiage and words is a key element in deceiving the public, and keeping the electorate unaware of what is actually going on.

In the foreground we will continue to see President Obama and fellow travelers say they are opposed to the influx and committed to stopping it.  However, in the background they are giving specific instructions to the federal agencies to continue promoting the process and affirming the intent.

In essence they are doing the exact opposite of what they are saying:

Obama Racineillegal alien shipmentThis administration’s current conduct of deception is analogous to the ObamaCare bill.  The White House and surrounding players will say something completely counter to the known outcome and intent (“like plan – keep it etc.”), while working feverishly to get constructs into place that are exactly the opposite of what they have stated.

Inside the confusion they create, and under the cover of the argument they incite, they are buying time to carry out their objectives.  By the time the dust settles – it’s too late.

TEXASImmigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) personnel have been directed to no longer refer to illegal immigrant children crossing the border alone as “UACs” (unaccompanied alien children).

Instead these individuals are to be referred to as “unaccompanied children” in official correspondence, according to an internal ICE email obtained by the Center for Immigration Studies and shared with Breitbart News.

“This was briefed earlier today during the command and staff meeting,” an email sent to ICE personnel reads. “It has been requested that in correspondence regarding unaccompanied children, they not be referred to as UACs. The term UAC should not be used in official correspondence.”

The email, with the subject line “UACs,” continues, “The appropriate messaging on documents should be using the term : unaccompanied children all lower case. (Unless capitalizing would be grammatically correct).

ICE did not respond to requests for comment.

While ICE has been discouraged from using UAC as an official term, Customs and Border Protection is still using “unaccompanied alien children” (ages 0-17 years old) as an official term as it tallies the number it is apprehending at unprecedented levels along the southwest border.

From October 1 to June 15, more than 52,000 unaccompanied illegal immigrant minors have been detained crossing the border.  (read more)

There is no doubt in my mind this current crisis is specific, strategic and intentional.   The Obama administration planned for this.

DHS - ICE - HHS - jobs postingOn January 29th of this year, the federal government posted an advertisement seeking bids for a vendor contract to handleUnaccompanied Alien Children“.

Not just any contract mind you, but a very specific contract – for a very specific number of unaccompanied minors: 65,000.

illegal alien 2• Why would DHS and ICE be claiming “surprise” by the current influx of unaccompanied minors on the border in June, when they were taking bids for an exact contract to handle the exact situation in January?

• Secondly, how could they possibly anticipate 65,000 unaccompanied minors would be showing up at the border, when the most unaccompanied minors ever encountered in a previous year was 5,000 (2010) 14,000 (2011) and 24,000 (2012).

Here’s the bid specifics from [January 29th 2014]

[…] The Contractor shall provide unarmed escort staff, including management, supervision, manpower, training, certifications, licenses, drug testing, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide on-demand escort services for non-criminal/non-delinquent unaccompanied alien children ages infant to 17 years of age, seven (7) days a week, 365 days a year. Transport will be required for either category of UAC or individual juveniles, to include both male and female juveniles. There will be approximately 65,000 UAC in total: 25% local ground transport, 25% via ICE charter and 50% via commercial air.

[…] In addition, the Contractor shall have personnel who are able to communicate with juveniles in their own designated language(s).

I downloaded the entire DHS posting (above) in the event it would mysteriously disappear. You can read all the details for yourself.
